*To qualify for student registration, you must be a full time student at the time of the conference and be able to produce a valid ID.
Associate Registration: Please select this registration type if you are an allied health professional - GP, Psychologist, Nurse, Dietitian, Practice Manager, Office Staff (anyone who is not a surgeon).
